Chapin, Owen & Sandstrom, P.A. was founded by Don Chapin in 1969. From its inception, the firm has emphasized superior client service by focusing on the qualatative aspects - such as ensuring its professional staff possess superior technical skills while remaining ever sensitive to deadlines and other client demands.
